HabitAI ("we", "us") builds a voice-first habit tracker for iOS. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the app.
Account details (name, email), the habits and notes you create, and voice input you provide to log habits. Voice is transcribed to text; audio is not stored after transcription. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the app.
To sync your habits across devices, generate AI insights and reminders, and provide support. We never sell your personal data.
Voice transcriptions and habit history may be processed by our AI models to generate coaching and insights. This processing is used solely to deliver features you request within the app.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request full deletion at any time by emailing support@gethabitai.app, and we will remove your data within 30 days.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, which we honor.
